I have had

Breakfast : Breakfast bar
Snack: apple
Lunch : 2 slices of pizza and salad
Dinner: quiche and salad and 3 bean salad

Diet coke and litre of water x

Yesterday - 10th April

Breakfast - had a Muffin - it was a health one - 250 Calories I fancied it Smile
Lunch - had a brown salad chicken salad in the pub
Dinner - had soup and a slice of bread

Was out most of the day yesteday x

Today
Breakfast - Breakfast bar
Lunch - I had half a burger and a couple of chips with my mum - when we took the boys out - Said on the menu that it was 500 cals the whole burger - and so I only really had 250 ! Smile it was like a veggie burger.
Dinner - Soup.

Ok I have been a bit slack

I have been having Soup at lunch times and a bowl of cereal for breakfast

I have been taking the CLA ? tablets for a week and well I will keep taking them can't really tell if they are helping at all .

For dinner I have been having salad or pasta !

And sticking to one diet coke a day and drinking one bottle of water a day ! x

Sticking to my breakfast bar and fruit, lunch soup was yesterday and I had a slice of bread with it dinner I had pasta and been having the 4 tablets CLA ones - Smile

Drinking still 1 diet coke a day and the rest water Smile

Right changing my eating as I think that is the reason for feeling bloated Sad

Today I have changed it to Crackers today and had cereal for lunch .. so hopefully that helps !

For Dinner I have Chicken with Cashews.. x

I am eating really well but I am not really feeling it - I have put on an inch on my tummy Sad

Been sticking to soup and loads of veg and fruit

It's just because you are not exercising as much as you used to. Are you still doing sit ups? Try the hopping thing again and see if that helps at all. Drink loads of Water as that way you will pee so damn much that you won't feel so bloated.

I have been drinking about a litre and a half of water.. and peeing for england and sit ups as well !

Had Peppered Beef steak with salad today .. it was lovely ! Smile

Hi

Yesterday I had a roast dinner - But instead of having roast spuds the way I do every one elses Smile I used the one cal spray they were ok actually and had just carrots and beans - and a slice of beef - it was nice..

Today I have a new Breakfast bar
And I had crackers for lunch
And then tonight I got a Veggie dish from262 cals and it is huge ! x

I know I am sorry Sad

Erm I have been eating loads of fresh fruit and Veg

And well I have been kind of sticking to 3 main meals aday

and if i have had to have a snack - and then I ahve a piece of fruit !

I am also back to eating properly today as I have been ill this week so kind of the last 2 days eating a little more than usual ! been stressed Sad over all kinds of things...

Will start logging down ! x

I am sticking to 3 meals a day and treats of fruit and veg ! and some nuts..

I have been sticking to salads and lots of chicken - and well Crackers and even jacket potatoes

I have something different from the family now.. just so that I know I am having the right thing for me to keep me on track Smile
