My eating was bad today, I was snacking more then eating actual meals but it is the weekend and I thought stuff it....

Time to update this thing...eaten too much junk today, went to Costcutters and they have amazing Wraps in there so got a Tuna and Sweetcorn one - okay that wasn't the bad part, also got Malteasers, big bag of Quavers and a Red Bull lol was lush though...now off to eat dinner as I need something savoury Smile

Haven't exercised since Thursday either...but back on the Horse tomorrow Very Happy gotta keep those 4lbs off

Well I have been back on the horse since Monday Smile had my little pig out session at the weekend, also ended up having burger and chips Sad I felt very sick afterwards.

Also been exercising for 1 hour and 30 mins since Monday, with Tae Bo and perfect fit dvds.

I won't be weighing myself this week, just because of that lovely TOM Mad My next weigh in day will be on Friday morning of next week Smile Bon Jovi night...hoping for a good result.

lunch - Table Water Crackers with Low fat Cottage cheese, 150g of Natural Yogurt
dinner - I did make Salmon with Vegetables mixed with Linseeds but it tasted vile so I threw it out and just had a small portion of Branflakes with Semi Skimmed Milk


Exercise - 30 minutes of Tae Bo

Drinks - tea (3 cups), 1.5 litre bottle of Water

So far so good, now I know I don't like Salmon I doubt I will have it again, although two people have given me some ideas on how to make it taste better so may try that before I throw the rest away

Nothing really healthy to add for the last couple of days, eaten badly and done no exercise so am now trying to make sure I don't buy any bad food this weekend as I need to make sure I stick with this annoying diet Sad my treats go overboard and rather then having 1 chocolate bar I will want to eat around 7. I don't know why I am having this craving so much lately because I have been fine up until now.

Think I will stock up on healthy snacks just in case :S

As of today, so far I have been good. Ate 175g worth of Natural Yogurt for Breakfast, then ate some Crackers with Cottage Cheese for lunch and an Apple, going to head home, work out for 30 minutes then make myself some dinner…again it's going to have to be weighed and I will either be having Vegetables with Chicken or a bowl of Branflakes (depending on how hungry I feel)

Dinner - Branflakes with semi skimmed milk

Exercise - 20 minutes Tae Bo - I skipped the 10 minute warm up…I know I shouldn't but I feel it doesn't do anything, it was around 9pm as well so I wanted to get it over and done with…better then nothing right?

Drinks - tea, diet coke and a few glasses of water.

15th - Thursday
Breakfast - Strawberries and Apple
Snack - Nutri-Grain bar
Lunch - Crackers with Cottage Cheese and Snack a jacks
Dinner - most likely Branflakes with semi skimmed milk and Bevitas Smile I am so predictable

Exercise: Hoping to do 20 minutes of Tae Bo again but will wait and see if I can be bothered
