Lunch - Chicken Wrap
Dinner - Seafood Lasagne with salad
Dessert - Low fat yogurt

Exercise - 10 Minutes Step with dumbells

Drinking - 1.5 litre bottle of water, Tea

Wow, I haven't actually updated this for about 4 days Sad oh well it starts now…

Exercise - 40 minutes of my body blitz dvd...it almost KILLED ME, hadn't done it in over 2 weeks and my god was I knackered

My eating wasn't that good yesterday, I think I need to be eating more then I have been. My exercise dvd states that I should eat 7 times a day, I think the reason for this is due to the workout burning off so many calories in the session. I will have to see how my eating goes and try to eat more snacks as I keep cutting these out.

Dinner - Chicken Kiev, Vegatables with Oven baked chips
Dessert - Cereal bar

Exercise - None, wish I had done some though

Drinking - Tea, 1 can of Relentless
My eating was bad I know, well I never normally eat Chocolate anyhow, so why not treat myself? Very Happy

I didn't eat much yesterday, after I did my workout I actually wasn't hungry at all so I decided to just eat a bowl of cereal instead of nothing.
