Teaser's 2012 Diary :)

Hello I am going to start using this again - lets hope I can stick to adding everything Smile I need to do to keep me on target Smile Smile

So here goes.. I will weigh in on sunday and well I hope that i haven't put any on from the last weigh in what with xmas and New year !

In the last 7 weeks I have gone from 12st 9lbs which I was so upset about considering 2 years ago I got down to my lowest weight of 9st 6lbs which was my smallest !!

I have gone down to 11st 11lbs - which is a total of 12lbs in 7 weeks so thats good Smile

I have 15 odd weeks I think until I go for my dress fitting which I hope looks as good as when I first tried it on but it has been ordered and I ACTUALLY HOPE THAT we don't have to take it out any Sad

I want to be 11st - and anything extra will be a bonus ! so here goes..

I will post again on the 1st of Jan 2012 Smile

HERE IS TO ME LOOSING 11 more pounds in 4 months Smile xx

Jan 1st - I weighed 11st 11lbs so nothing lost nothing gained which I am quite pleased about Smile

As Christmas you always have something bad Smile

So here is to me starting Smile well carrying on Smile xx

Why don't you try plain noodles instead of salad? You fry them in frylight spray for a few minutes then you can add bits of turkey or chicken or salad to it. At one point that's all I used to eat.

Or you can try vegetable stir fry or chicken stir fry.

Remember what I told you about having salad. It's all practically water and should only be eaten as a side dish.

Are these ready cooked ones ? or are they the ones that are hard and have to be put in water to cooked ? x

There are three types of noodles/beansprouts I pick from...


These are the beansprouts I use for vegetable stir fry, it takes a few minutes in a frying pan and you can just add the vegetables...done in a matter of about 10 minutes


I add Turkey with these and again only fry these noodles in a frying pan for a few minutes, add salad or whatever you want with them


If you are feeling bloated then I suggest eating these noodles, they are small and light so it won't feel like you have eaten crap loads. You can cook these ones in the microwave for a couple of minutes.

OK not a good day for stuff today Sad

I have eaten ok - as it was a healthy and minimal cheese as most of it was taken out in brown bread... this was nice but chest is still tight and not going too well Sad

Then came home thought I would walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes managed that.. just then got off had a drink then the boys were playing the game down here I decided to go back up had to come off after 5 minutes as I was coughing and collapsed to the floor Sad

BLOOMING ASTHMA Sad and what with this infection on top Sad it is killing me Sad

Hope you are feeling a bit better. Malc suffers with asthma as well and up until a week ago I thought I might have it, was struggling to breath and felt like I couldn't get much air in my lungs...I'm pretty sure mine is just due to being unfit though Laughing Laughing

Do yoga - I just heard that this is mean to strengthen your lungs as well as other parts of your body and teaches you how to breathe properly when exercising - worth a go if you aren't doing the treadmill for a couple of weeks. I have a couple of yoga DVD's you can borrow if you want? Can bring them with me on Sunday? Let me know!

Just think, you have 4 months to lose the weight that you want. That gives you about 20 weeks and at 2lbs loss a week you could lose 40lbs so that's a lot by the time the wedding arrives

I have only half of that as I am worried about the dress not fitting after the fitting as she charges for every correction !

Watching Biggest Loser and you know they give you little tips Smile

They said if you want a little snack - do you know the cheese Strings you get ?? he said you can have that as a taster - I took it as being Cheese and I have been staying away and he said its cool Smile

So I may have one of those a couple of times a week as I miss my cheese Smile

I'm the same and will sometimes crave cheese. I will only need a little bit and then I'm happy plus it's dairy and you need that in your diet.

What about Laughing Cow Triangles? I have those ones spread on ham and roll them up (Slimming World tip) have that with salad and it's really nice. Plus it sorts out your cheese craving

haha. Do you have your own cupboard at home? It's brilliant for staying away from temptation, in fact I keep forgetting that my parents cupboards are right next to it full of junk
